Dashr is a leading digital marketing agency that helps businesses establish a energetic presence online. We are looking for someone who can match our enthusiasm and creativity and deliver creative solutions for all our clients' social media handles.
Location: Shivalik Road, South Delhi
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using the Adobe Suite of products (Photoshop/Illustrator/etc.)
- Work with copywriters and creative director to produce the final design(s)
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
- Test graphics across various social channels
- Quickly amend designs after feedback
- Creating user-centred designs for websites and apps by understanding business requirements, and user feedback
- Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes and mockups
- Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and attractive user interfaces
- Designing UI elements such as input controls,
navigational components and informational components
- Creating original graphic designs (e.G. images, sketches)
- Collaborating effectively with product and marketing teams
- Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience
Skills & Requirements:
- Good experience as a Visualizer
- A strong portfolio of illustrations and other graphics
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva etc.)
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Autonomous working style hands-on design and development experience of product-based websites
- Exceptional design skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable in a fast-paced evolving start-up environment
- Ability to work with short deadlines and quick turnaround time
