Civil Site Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Civil Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure that work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to approved drawings and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction activities and site workers.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and other teams.
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Monitor RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry, plastering, flooring, and finishing works.
- Inspect the quality of workmanship and materials used at the site.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within the planned schedule.
- Allocate work to workers and supervise their performance.
- Maintain daily site reports, work records, measurements, and material usage records.
- Coordinate material requirements and minimize material wastage.




- Identify and report site issues to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.
- Ensure proper safety procedures and housekeeping are maintained at the site.

Requirements

- Diploma/ITI/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or relevant qualification.
- Previous experience in civil construction/site supervision is preferred.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site practices.
- Ability to read and understand civil/structural drawings.
- Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage workers and coordinate multiple site activities.
- Willingness to work at construction sites and according to project requirements.

Job Type Full time

Experience

4+ years experience in civil construction/site supervision preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
