Role Description The Civil Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Karnal, responsible for overseeing day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites. This role involves supervising site teams, coordinating with engineers and contractors, and ensuring that work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

Supervisor monitors quality of materials and workmanship, checks measurements, and verifies that timelines and milestones are met.



The role includes maintaining site documentation, reporting progress to project management, resolving on-site issues, and supporting adherence to regulatory and company policies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills and proven experience in Site Supervision and On-Site coordination.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control and adherence to safety and construction standards.
- Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills for working with site teams, engineers, and stakeholders.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with prior experience as a Civil Supervisor or similar role in construction projects.
- Knowledge of construction drawings, basic estimation, and project scheduling, along with familiarity with relevant codes and regulations.
- Ability to work in field conditions, manage multiple tasks, and respond promptly to in office challenges.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and reporting tools; local language proficiency will be an advantage.
