Role & responsibilities -
Supervision and Coordination: Oversee daily on-site activities and coordinate work between contractors, subcontractors .
Resource and Material Management: Monitor the use of materials, machinery, and labor.
Safety Management: Enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a hazard-free work setting for all personnel.
Site Execution.
Vendor coordination.
Maintain daily logs, write progress reports, and record any design changes or site incidents.
Preferred candidate profile -
Male- DCE / BE-Civil & 3 + years of experience in construction on site execution.
Ready to work at Pisoli, Pune location.
Immediate joiner preferred.
