- Supervise and manage daily civil construction activities at the site.
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
- Coordinate and maintain positive working relationships with vendors, plumbers, electricians, fabricators, technicians, subcontractors, and skilled/unskilled workers.
- Arrange and coordinate manpower and materials required for ongoing works.
- Monitor the quality and progress of all works and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate between different trades and ensure that work is properly sequenced without delays.
- Take responsibility for site measurements, material requirements, work planning, and day-to-day site coordination.
- Identify site issues and resolve them efficiently in coordination with the concerned persons.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
