Job Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage all day-to-day civil construction and maintenance works.
- Handle civil design, planning, execution, and site supervision.
- Coordinate with civil contractors and subcontractors.
- Manage and supervise contract workers at the site.
- Coordinate effectively with Hindi-speaking workers and contractors.
- Ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
- Monitor construction materials, manpower, and work progress.
- Check measurements and quantities of completed work.
- Coordinate with management, engineers, contractors, and workers.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues.
- Ensure proper safety practices are followed at the construction site.
- Maintain basic records of work progress, manpower, materials, and contractor activities.

Qualification & Experience
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.




- 5–8 years of relevant experience in civil construction/site supervision.
- Good knowledge of civil construction activities and drawings.
- Experience in handling contractors and contract manpower.
- Hindi communication skills will be an added advantage.

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
