Role Description: The Civil Engineer – Site Supervisor will oversee day-to-day site operations for a luxury real estate project in Khopoli, ensuring that civil works are executed safely, on schedule, and in line with design specifications and regulatory standards. This full-time, in office role includes supervising contractors and site staff, coordinating with project managers, architects, and consultants, and monitoring construction progress against plans and budgets.

The role involves reviewing drawings, verifying quantities, checking levels and measurements, and ensuring proper implementation of civil engineering designs, including stormwater and drainage systems.

The Site

Supervisor will maintain detailed site documentation, prepare daily and weekly reports,



support quality control and safety compliance, and proactively resolve technical and operational issues to keep the project on track.

Qualifications

- Civil engineering expertise, including Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design, with the ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and codes.
- Site supervision and planning skills, including experience working with Civil Engineers and coordinating Planning activities for construction projects.
- Knowledge of infrastructure systems such as Stormwater Management, drainage, and related civil works for real estate developments.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
- Proven experience as a site engineer or site supervisor on residential or commercial real estate projects.
- Strong understanding of construction safety standards, quality control procedures, and local building regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, communicate clearly, and maintain accurate site records and reports.
- Proficiency with basic engineering and site measurement tools; familiarity with AutoCAD or similar software is an advantage.
- Self-directed, detail-oriented, and able to make sound decisions under time-sensitive conditions on site.
