Job Title: Civil Estimation & Billing Engineer

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Civil Estimation & Billing Engineer to join our team. The candidate should have practical experience in civil estimation, billing, BOQ preparation and quantity calculation.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil construction works.
- Prepare and verify BOQ (Bill of Quantities) based on drawings and project requirements.
- Prepare RA Bills, Final Bills and Client Bills.
- Calculate quantities of civil work from drawings and site measurements.
- Check and verify contractor/vendor bills and measurements.
- Prepare Rate Analysis for various civil construction activities.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, vendors and clients regarding billing and quantities.
- Maintain proper records of measurements, quantities, bills and project costs.
- Assist in monitoring project costs and ensuring billing accuracy.




- Prepare work orders and quantity statements whenever required.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Civil Estimation & Billing.
- Practical knowledge of BOQ preparation and quantity take-off.
- Knowledge of Rate Analysis and construction material quantities.
- Ability to read and understand Civil/Structural drawings.
- Knowledge of MS Excel is required.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects/tasks.

Qualification Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Experience

Candidates with relevant experience in Civil Estimation & Billing will be preferred.

Salary

Salary will be based on the candidate's experience, skills and performance in the interview.
