Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage civil projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and clients to ensure project goals are met.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets using MS Project or similar tools.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-8 years of experience in construction engineering or management.
- Diploma or B.Tech / B.E. degree in Civil Engineering.
- Solid knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (MS Project) for project planning and tracking.
