- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in RCC works / RCC structure strengthening works
REQUIRED PRACTICAL KNOWLEDGE
- Drawing Study & Interpretation
- Bar Bending Schedule (BBS)
- Micro-Concreting
- Epoxy Grouting
- Carbon Wrapping
- Anti-Corrosion Treatment
- ERP Systems
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & SKILLS
- Robust knowledge of site measurements and joint measurements
- Independently manage site execution and day-to-day site activities
- Manage and coordinate site manpower effectively
- Prepare and maintain daily site reports
- Coordinate effectively with clients and project teams
