Established in 2009, the company provides quality construction management services across various areas of building construction, from concept to completion.Job OpeningInterior Fit-Out Management – 05 PositionsExperience: 0–3 YearsQualification: Diploma / B.E. in Civil EngineeringJob Locations: Tamil Nadu | Kerala | Andhra Pradesh | KarnatakaRole & ResponsibilitiesHandle and coordinate civil and interior fit-out projects with an approximate 45-day project schedule.Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure timely completion.Coordinate Civil, MEP, Interior and Finishing works.Manage and coordinate:Civil worksMEP worksInterior carpentry worksModular worksPainting worksGlazing and glass worksFinishing worksCoordinate with contractors, vendors and project teams.Monitor quality,



materials and workmanship at site.Prepare daily progress reports and track project schedules.Resolve site-level issues in coordination with the Project Manager / PMC team.Ensure completion of works within the planned time, quality and safety requirements.Qualifications & SkillsDiploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.0–3 years of experience in civil construction or interior fit-out works.Freshers are encouraged to apply.Candidates with interior fit-out/site execution experience will be preferred.Valuable communication and coordination skills.Willingness to travel and work at project locations across South India.Apply NowInterested candidates can share their updated CVs at: [email protected] [email protected]
