Role Summary

Oltraya is looking for a hands-on Site Engineer – Construction to oversee day-to-day site execution and ensure construction is carried out safely, efficiently and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and project timelines.

The role involves close coordination with contractors, vendors, architects, consultants, site workers and the internal Oltraya team.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day construction and site execution.

Ensure work is carried out as per approved architectural, structural, MEP and other technical drawings and specifications.

Coordinate and follow up with contractors, subcontractors, vendors and site workers.

Monitor project progress and ensure timely execution of assigned works.

Inspect workmanship and materials to ensure required quality standards are maintained.

Monitor site safety and ensure appropriate safety practices are followed.

Check measurements, quantities and executed work; support contractor bill verification where required.

Identify discrepancies between drawings and site conditions and coordinate their resolution with architects and consultants.

Monitor material requirements, usage, storage and site inventory.

Maintain accurate site records and photographic documentation.

Prepare daily progress reports and regular site updates.

Identify and escalate technical, quality or execution-related issues promptly.





Ensure the site is organised and maintained in accordance with Oltraya’s construction standards.

Skills & Competencies

Strong practical knowledge of construction methods and site execution.

Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural and technical drawings.

Good understanding of construction quality and workmanship.

Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and take ownership of site responsibilities.

Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel preferred.

Comfortable with digital communication, documentation and reporting.

Language Requirements

Working proficiency in English, Hindi and Marathi is required.

The candidate should be comfortable communicating with consultants, contractors, vendors, workers and the internal team in all three languages.

Qualification & Experience

Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Experience: 2–5 years of relevant hands-on site experience preferred.

Experience in real estate, residential construction, villa projects or plotted developments will be an advantage.

Additional Requirements

Must be willing to work full-time on-site at Khopoli, Khalapur.

Should be comfortable working in an active construction environment.

Solid sense of responsibility, discipline, attention to detail and follow-through.

Valid driving licence preferred.
