Position: Civil Engineer

Industry: EPC / Industrial Construction / Oil & Gas / Petrochemical

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with a strong background in Industrial Construction, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and EPC projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising, and executing civil works while ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and execute civil construction activities including foundations, RCC works, structural works, paving, drainage, underground utilities, and finishing works.
- Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, project specifications, and construction schedules.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams for smooth project execution.
- Monitor site progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Review construction drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications before execution.
- Conduct quantity verification, material reconciliation, and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, inspection procedures, and project documentation.




- Identify site challenges and implement effective engineering solutions.
- Ensure strict adherence to HSE policies and safe work practices at the construction site.
- Participate in client meetings, inspections, and project review discussions.

Required Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 4+ years of experience in Industrial Construction, EPC, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, or Heavy Engineering projects.
- Experience in executing industrial structures, equipment foundations, RCC, and structural works.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and construction specifications.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, QA/QC procedures, and safety standards.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in refinery, petrochemical, fertilizer, steel, or power plant projects.
- Robust leadership and team management capabilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment and meet project deadlines.
- Familiarity with project planning and reporting tools will be an added advantage.
