Hariom Pipe Industries is looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to oversee and manage site operations, construction planning, and project execution at our Hyderabad location. The ideal candidate will ensure that civil projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget parameters.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Project Execution: Manage civil construction projects from initial planning to completion while adhering to timelines and financial constraints.
- Site Supervision: Direct day-to-day site engineering operations, overseeing laborers, third-party contractors, and vendors.
- Planning & Scheduling: Formulate detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets; track ongoing progress against milestones.
- Quality & Safety Assurance: Enforce compliance with local safety regulations,
quality control standards, and internal guidelines.
- Inspection & Issue Resolution: Perform regular site inspections to track structural progress, spot potential bottlenecks early, and execute timely corrective measures.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering (UG).
- Experience: 3 to 8 years in civil site execution and project management (experience in industrial/manufacturing sectors is a plus).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in site supervision, civil project planning, labor management, and quality assurance.
- Soft Skills: Robust leadership, communication, vendor management, and problem-solving abilities.
