We are looking for an experienced and qualified Civil Engineer cum Billing Engineer to join our construction project team.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily civil construction activities at the site.
- Prepare and verify BOQ, quantity calculations, and estimates.
- Prepare Running Account (RA) Bills and client bills.
- Verify subcontractor and vendor bills.
- Measure completed work and prepare quantity take-offs.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly work progress reports.
- Coordinate with the Site Engineer, Project Manager, subcontractors, and clients.
- Ensure that work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor material quantities and site requirements.
- Prepare variation statements and additional work bills.
- Maintain proper documentation related to billing and project execution.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel is required.
Requirements
- Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 3 to 5+ years experience in Civil Construction and Billing.
- Experience in industrial/building construction projects will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of BOQ, estimation, quantity surveying, RA billing, and subcontractor billing.
- Positive knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and billing documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
