Job Summary

We are seeking a Civil Engineer Fresher to join our engineering and project execution team. The ideal candidate should have a strong academic foundation in Civil Engineering and a willingness to learn and work on Water Supply Schemes (WSS), Underground Drainage (UGD), Water Treatment Plants (WTP), Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), pipeline works, RCC works, and other civil infrastructure projects.

The candidate will work under the guidance of senior engineers and project managers and will be involved in site supervision, quality checking, measurements, estimation, billing support, documentation, and coordination with contractors and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist senior engineers in the execution of Water Supply Scheme (WSS) projects.
- Assist in supervision of Water Treatment Plant (WTP) construction activities.
- Monitor water supply pipeline laying, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Assist in execution and supervision of Underground Drainage (UGD) works.
- Assist in Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) construction activities.
- Monitor sewerage pipeline laying and testing activities.
- Assist in supervision of RCC works, including foundations, tanks, chambers, and other civil structures.
- Conduct basic quality inspections under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Assist with material testing and maintain quality records.
- Assist in preparing and checking Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).
- Assist in preparing quantity estimates, measurements, and rate analysis.
- Assist in preparation and verification of client bills, RA bills, and subcontractor bills.
- Maintain Measurement Books (MB), DPRs, site records, and daily progress reports.




- Assist in monitoring project progress as per drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, site workers, and senior engineers.
- Assist in coordinating civil works related to electro-mechanical installations at WTPs and STPs.
- Ensure proper documentation of site activities and maintain project records.
- Follow quality, safety, and company procedures at the project site.
- Learn and apply relevant IS Codes, technical specifications, and construction practices.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Civil Engineering.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Strong academic knowledge of basic civil engineering concepts.
- Willingness to work at project sites and learn practical construction activities.
- Candidates with internship or academic project experience in civil infrastructure, water supply, sewerage, or construction will be preferred.

Required Skills

- Understanding of RCC construction and reinforcement works.

- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD,



MS Excel, and MS Office.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Good numerical and analytical abilities.
- Willingness to learn new technical skills and construction methods.
- Ability to work effectively in a site-based environment.
- Ability to work as part of a team and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Skills
- Internship experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
- Basic knowledge of WSS, UGD, WTP, STP, and pipeline projects.
- Knowledge of IS Codes and PWD/CPWD specifications will be an advantage.
- Basic understanding of tender documents, BOQ, estimation, and billing.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Strong interest in learning site execution and project management.
