Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with 7+ years of experience in civil construction and site execution. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating with contractors and vendors, monitoring project progress, and ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of civil works.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction and site activities.
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and clients.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned works.
- Review drawings and coordinate with the design and engineering teams.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Prepare and verify BOQ, quantity calculations, measurements, and material requirements.
- Monitor material usage and ensure proper utilization of resources.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify construction issues.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Identify site-related problems and coordinate for timely corrective actions.
- Assist in project planning,



estimation, scheduling, and cost control.
- Maintain proper site documentation and records.
- Supervise and guide site engineers, supervisors, and workmen.
- Coordinate with project management to achieve project targets and deadlines.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in civil construction/site execution.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site practices.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Knowledge of BOQ, estimation, quantity surveying, and billing.
- Ability to read and interpret civil/structural drawings.
- Experience in contractor and subcontractor coordination.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable knowledge of quality and safety procedures.
- Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet project deadlines.

Preferred
- Experience handling commercial, residential, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
- Experience in independently managing civil site execution.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.
