Job Purpose

Hule Constructions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to take responsibility for the day-to-day execution, supervision, quality, coordination and progress of its premium hotel development in Beed.

The candidate will act as a key owner-side engineering representative and coordinate between HCPL management, architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, vendors and other project stakeholders to ensure that the hotel is constructed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, budget and project schedule.

The project includes a 100+ key hotel, large banquet and pre-function facilities, restaurants and kitchens, spa/gym, swimming pool, guest-room floors, suites, back-of-house/service areas, basement and parking infrastructure, along with extensive external development and landscaping.

Key Responsibilities

- Take responsibility for complete civil execution at site from current stage through structural works, masonry, waterproofing, plastering, flooring, façade interfaces, finishing and final handover.
- Supervise RCC, reinforcement, shuttering/formwork, concrete, masonry, waterproofing and finishing works and verify execution against approved drawings and specifications.
- Review architectural, structural and MEP drawings and identify drawing conflicts, constructability issues and discrepancies before execution.
- Coordinate closely with architect, structural consultant, MEP consultant, PMC, contractors and vendors.
- Prepare and monitor daily, weekly and monthly construction schedules against the overall project programme.
- Track quantities, manpower, machinery, materials and contractor productivity and immediately highlight delays or bottlenecks.




- Conduct quantity checks and verify contractor measurements, RA bills, BOQ quantities, variations and extra items before recommendation for payment.
- Maintain strict QA/QC including concrete testing, reinforcement checks, material approvals, waterproofing tests, checklists, inspection requests and snag records.
- Ensure proper coordination of civil works with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, ELV, lifts, kitchen services and other MEP systems, avoiding unnecessary cutting/rework after civil execution.
- Coordinate execution of hotel-specific areas including guest rooms, suites, banquet halls, commercial kitchens, restaurants, spa/gym, pool, BOH areas and service corridors.
- Supervise external development including internal roads, parking, drainage, utilities, lawns, hardscape, boundary works and site infrastructure.
- Maintain site documentation including drawings, RFIs, approvals, DPRs, material records, test reports, measurement sheets and as-built information.
- Conduct contractor coordination meetings and provide management with concise reporting on progress, cost implications, delays, quality issues and decisions required.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, statutory requirements and site safety procedures.
- Coordinate finishing works with interior contractors to achieve the quality expected of a premium branded hotel.
- Prepare snag lists, monitor rectification and support testing, commissioning and final project handover.

Candidate Requirements Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering. Diploma candidates may be considered only with substantial high-quality project experience.

Experience: 8–12+ years in building construction, preferably with direct experience in at least one 4/5-star hotel, resort, premium residential, hospital or large commercial project from structure through finishing.

The candidate should have strong knowledge of RCC and structural execution, finishing works, BOQ/quantity surveying, contractor billing, construction planning, QA/QC, waterproofing and MEP coordination.

Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel and MS Project/Primavera is required.
