Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Civil Design Trainer – BIM / Structural to deliver practical and industry-oriented training in civil design, BIM, and structural engineering software. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge and the ability to train students through hands-on projects and real-time applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver classroom and practical training on Civil Design, BIM, and Structural Design concepts.

- Train students on industry-standard civil and structural design software.

- Provide hands-on training through real-time projects and practical assignments.

- Prepare training materials, exercises, project work, and assessments.

- Guide students in developing industry-relevant design projects.

- Explain design standards, drawings, modeling, documentation, and coordination.

- Support students in understanding project workflows and industry practices.





- Conduct assessments and monitor student performance.

- Stay updated with the latest BIM and civil/structural design technologies.

Software Skills

BIM / Civil Design:

- Autodesk Revit

- AutoCAD

- Navisworks

- Civil 3D

- SketchUp

- Lumion / Enscape

Structural Design:

- STAAD.Pro

- ETABS

- SAFE

- Revit Structure

- AutoCAD

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering.

- 1–5 years of relevant industry or training experience.

- Strong knowledge of BIM, Civil Design, or Structural Design.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
