This pivotal role involves leading city-wide operations, scaling our EV fleet, and ensuring exceptional service delivery, making a tangible impact on sustainable supply chains across India.

As a City Head & Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence and shaping the future of electric logistics. Your leadership will directly contribute to our mission of building cost-efficient and sustainable last-mile delivery networks, leveraging the power of electric vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee all city-wide EV logistics operations, including strategic fleet deployment and resource management.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of our driver workforce, from sourcing and comprehensive onboarding to retention strategies and performance optimization.
- Ensure the highest standards of operational efficiency, consistent service quality,



and paramount client satisfaction across all logistics activities.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including technology, sales, and business development, to achieve ambitious growth targets and critical business milestones.
- Strategically plan and execute the development of scalable and sustainable last-mile logistics networks, leveraging innovative EV solutions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement data-driven improvements to optimize routes, reduce costs, and enhance overall operational output.
- Foster a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement within the city operations team.

Requirements

- A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in EV logistics, fleet operations management, last-mile delivery, or broader supply chain management.
- Demonstrated success in leadership roles, with a proven ability to manage high-performing teams and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Possess strong analytical capabilities, exceptional operational acumen, and robust problem-solving skills to navigate complex logistics challenges.
- A proactive mindset with a strong ability to drive performance and adapt quickly within a fast-paced, high-growth, and innovation-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building robust relationships internally and externally.
