MAAD Concepts is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Draughtsman to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing architectural, civil, and MEP drawings, handling approval submissions, and supporting estimation and documentation work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare accurate architectural, civil, and MEP drawings.
- Prepare and coordinate approval drawings and submissions.
- Develop BOQs and project estimates.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams as required.
- Ensure drawings and documentation meet project and approval requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation and drawing records.

Key Requirements:

- 1+ year of experience in civil engineering/drafting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation and estimation.




- Good understanding of architectural and civil drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
