Role Overview

We are looking for a City Head to own and drive end-to-end operations, ashram partnerships, and city growth.

This is a high-impact, on-ground leadership role for someone who can build strong local ecosystems, manage multiple stakeholders, and deliver a consistent hospitality experience.

What You’ll Do

Drive City Growth

- Drive bookings through local initiatives, partnerships, and demand-generation efforts
- Collaborate with the central team to improve visibility across OTAs and channels
- Identify opportunities to improve occupancy and overall city performance

Own Ashram Tie-Ups & Partnerships

- Identify, evaluate, and onboard ashrams aligned with OMJI’s philosophy and standards
- Lead end-to-end ashram tie-ups, from first interaction to go-live
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with ashram partners
- Act as the primary point of contact for all partner communication and coordination
- Proactively manage expectations, resolve concerns, and ensure smooth ongoing collaboration

Ensure Excellent Guest Experience

- Oversee the complete guest journey across all properties
- Ensure smooth check-ins, service consistency, and overall experience quality
- Monitor guest feedback and drive continuous improvement in ratings and reviews

Drive Operational Excellenc e

- Ensure SOP adherence across all ashrams




- Conduct regular audits to maintain service standards
- Handle on-ground problem-solving with minimal escalations

Lead & Manage Team

- Manage front desk and on-ground operations staff
- Drive accountability, discipline, and service orientation
- Build a stable, motivated, and high-performing team

Improve Efficiency

- Monitor operational costs and identify improvement opportunities
- Drive process efficiencies without compromising guest experience

Reporting & Data Managemen t

- Maintain accurate booking and operational data

•Share regular updates with the central team
- Proactively flag issues and gaps

Location : UP, UK, MP

Who Should Apply

- 4–6 years experience in hospitality, travel, operations, or city management roles
- Mandatory - Fluency in Hindi
- Solid experience in partner/vendor management or business development
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong external relationships
- Comfortable with on-ground operations and local travel
- High ownership mindset with strong execution ability
