You bring over 8 years of technical expertise in Critical Infrastructure and Identity Management operations, with a strong focus on automation. Your experience includes:

- In-depth knowledge of resilience and recovery strategies within complex organizational environments
- Solid understanding of disaster recovery methodologies and business continuity planning
- Proven expertise in implementing disaster recovery solutions and managing recovery operations
- Hands-on experience in ITIL-based incident and problem management

Valuable working knowledge of critical infrastructure platforms, including:
- Transmit Authentication solutions
- Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems such as Broadcom SiteMinder, Layer 7, Strong Authentication, PKI/Certificate-based, OTP, and mobile-based authentication methods
- Ideally experienced with Authentication Technologies, 2 Factor Authentication (2FA), Single Sign On/Federation
- Broad knowledge of IT infrastructure,



with at least an understanding of DNS, Firewalls, networking, HSMs, Key Vaults
- Kubernetes, DevOps principles and tools in Azure environments
- Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and certificate lifecycle management
- Security protocols and concepts including OAuth, SAML, and TLS
- OUD LDAP and API gateway technologies
- Linux systems (Red Hat Linux 7/8)
- Development skills in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Bash, and Python

Proficient in Splunk query creation, dashboarding, and reporting
