- Strong business analysis skills (especially documentation of business, functional and non-functional requirements)
- Solid communication skills (written and verbal) in English and ability to interact with both the IT and the business stakeholders
- Familiar with tools for data analysis and related technology (SQL/DB skills)
- Familiarity with requirements and delivery management tools like confluence and gitlab.
- Experience in Identity and Access Management will be a big plus
