Qualifications

- Relevant experience in corporate, commercial, or documentary filmmaking, preferably within HR, training, or employer branding contexts.
- Proficiency with professional digital cinema cameras, lenses, stabilizers, and related production equipment.
- Understanding of basic post-production processes and collaboration with editors and sound teams.
- Robust communication, teamwork, and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Formal education in Film, Media, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
