- Proficiency in accessing/loading/reloading physical media and FTP files.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and experience modifying WFLs.
- Experience with Programmer Workbench and MARC screen.
- Familiarity with Web Enabler and changing program attributes.
- Ability to restore mainframe backup files.
- Experience in software installation and upgrades.
- Basic SQL knowledge.
- Willingness to learn current software programs.
- Basic knowledge of VMware vCenter.
- Experience with IBM iSeries.
- Knowledge of Carbonite, Veeam, and Azure backup solutions.
