The Role We are looking for an experienced, rapid-paced cook to drive our kitchen operations. You will be responsible for ensuring every dish hits the mark, whether it is for in-house dining or going out for home delivery on platforms like Zomato and Swiggy. PDF Key Responsibilities Prepare a high volume of Momos across various styles, including Steamed, Fried, Kurkure, and broth-based Jhol Momos.

PDF Manage the wok station to quickly execute Indo-Chinese staples like Veg Chilli Garlic Noodles, Honey Chilli Potato, and Kung Pao Chicken. PDF Craft traditional Tibetan and Himalayan specialties, including hand-pulled noodle Thukpa, cold and tangy Laphing, and Chilli & Cheese Dachi. PDF Accurately assemble and execute hot-plate dishes, such as our Paneer and Chicken Lollipop Sizzlers.

PDF Maintain speed and consistent quality for our signature combo orders, including "The Raja Park Plate" and "Jhol & Roll". PDF Requirements Hands-on experience in Himalayan, Tibetan, or Indo-Chinese street food preparation. High proficiency in folding momos and operating a high-heat wok.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak delivery hours.
