Position: Chinese Commi 2- Cuisine
Assist the chef in preparing Chinese dishes as per hotel standards.
Handled mise en place & basic cooking preparation.
Ensure cleanliness of kitchen, equipment & work area.
Follow food safety & hotel SOPs.
Support smooth & timely kitchen operations.
Experience : 1 to 3 years in chinese cuisine, preferably in a hotel or banquet setup.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
