Key Responsibilities

- Define and drive the overall technology roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Oversee the development and management of LMS, CRM, mobile applications, and customer portals.
- Drive innovation in digital onboarding, credit scoring, and alternate data usage.
- Ensure robust cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance.




- Collaborate with business teams to support digital transformation initiatives.

Key Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of experience in technology leadership roles.
- Solid background in NBFC, Fintech, or Banking industry.
- Experience in building and scaling digital lending ecosystems.
- Hands-on exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Understanding of RBI/NHB regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ability to scale technology functions in a high-growth environment.
