Location: Corporate Role – Overseeing All Hotel Operations

Experience: Minimum 10–15 Years (Multi-Property Hotel Operations)

Salary: ₹75,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month (Based on interview, experience & performance)

Role Overview The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be responsible for leading and managing the complete operations of all hotel properties. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on operational expertise to ensure service excellence, profitability, and brand growth across all locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide strategic and operational leadership across all hotel units
- Supervise Corporate GM, General Managers, and HODs
- Ensure implementation and compliance of SOPs, brand standards & policies
- Drive revenue growth, cost optimization, and overall profitability




- Monitor operational performance, guest satisfaction & quality standards
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and P&L; management
- Support expansion, pre-opening & business development initiatives
- Coordinate with HR, Sales, Finance, F&B;, and Engineering teams

Candidate Profile

- 10–15 years of proven experience in senior hotel operations leadership
- Solid exposure to multi-location / chain hotel management
- Excellent knowledge of hotel operations, finance & compliance
- Outstanding leadership, communication & decision-making skills
- Ability to manage teams, drive performance & deliver results
