Chief of Staff to the Founder Mumbai | Full-Time

You’re the person who makes sure things actually happen.

At Iconiq Wellness, we’re building a premium wellness company across saunas, cold plunges, red light therapy and other wellness & recovery solutions.

We’re growing quickly, which means there are a lot of things happening at once — new products, sales, marketing, operations, hiring, partnerships, vendors and everything in between.

We’re looking for a Chief of Staff to the Founder who can work closely with the Founder and help turn ideas into execution.

This is a role for someone who is smart, highly organised, commercially sharp and extremely proactive.

You won't just be managing calendars and taking notes.

You'll be helping run the business.

What will you do?Work directly with the Founder

- Work closely with the Founder on key business priorities and initiatives.
- Help convert the Founder’s ideas and priorities into clear action plans and execution.
- Follow up with teams and stakeholders to make sure important things actually get done.
- Prepare the Founder for important meetings, discussions and decisions.
- Attend key meetings, capture action points and ensure follow-through.
- Keep track of important deadlines, commitments and business priorities.
- Act as a bridge between the Founder and different functions across the company.
- Make sure the Founder has the right information at the right time to make decisions.

Drive execution
- Take ownership of high-priority projects from start to finish.
- Break large, ambiguous problems into actionable steps.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, operations, finance, HR, procurement and other teams.
- Identify bottlenecks and make sure they are resolved.
- Keep projects moving even when multiple people or teams are involved.
- Build systems, trackers and processes wherever things are getting messy.
- Follow up relentlessly without needing to be reminded.

Help drive business growth
- Work with the Founder on growth, sales, marketing and expansion initiatives.
- Track business performance and key metrics.
- Help analyse sales pipelines, revenue, margins,



marketing performance and operational numbers.
- Conduct market and competitor research when required.
- Help evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships and strategic initiatives.
- Support expansion into new cities, channels or categories.
- Prepare presentations, business plans, reports and analysis for important decisions.

Solve problems Some days you might be working on a growth strategy.

The next day, you might be figuring out why a shipment is delayed, helping close a large institutional deal, hiring someone critical or fixing a process that's breaking.

That's the nature of the role.

You will

Experience & Education




- 3–7 years of relevant experience in consulting, investment banking, startups, business operations, strategy, management, entrepreneurship or a similar high-intensity role.
- MBA from a Tier 1 business school is mandatory.
- Experience working directly with a Founder, CEO or senior leadership team is a strong plus.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
