About iLabkart iLabkart was founded in 2020 by Prakash Dhirwani, an entrepreneur with a track record of building and successfully exiting businesses in B2B distribution of clinical diagnostics and life-sciences products.

Over the last six years, iLabkart has evolved into a multi-SBU business spanning three core areas:

Fitness — Importing and distributing premium global fitness brands including Shua, Panatta, Booty Builder, Eleiko, TRX, Pulse Fitness, Torque Fitness and other world-class equipment brands.

Medical — Representing established international brands including Beckman Coulter, Vivere Imaging, Bodystat UK and Tanita.

Recovery & Wellness — A newer and strategically important direction for the company through its own brand, ICONIQ Wellness. ICONIQ currently works with OEM partners while building a technology platform that will eventually extend into the diagnostics side of wellness.

One of iLabkart’s strongest competitive advantages is its access to premium and luxury gym networks, creating a powerful point-of-sale and distribution ecosystem for new products and brands.

The next phase of the company is about scaling ICONIQ Wellness, continuously identifying new international partnerships, and building the systems required to keep the existing business strong while pursuing new opportunities.

The Role

This is not a traditional Chief of Staff position.

We are looking for someone who can become an extension of the Founder — someone who can understand the business, think independently, represent him when required, challenge his thinking, and make sure important things actually get done.

The Founder is involved in multiple businesses, partnerships, product categories and strategic initiatives simultaneously. The Chief of Staff job is to help him think better, move faster and remain focused on the highest-value opportunities.

What You Will Actually Do

1. Act as the Founder’s extension

Understand what the Founder is trying to accomplish and help convert his ideas into actions.

- Maintain a clear view of the Founder’s priorities, commitments and pending decisions.




- Follow up with internal teams and external stakeholders without waiting to be instructed repeatedly.
- Ensure important actions discussed in meetings are actually completed.
- Prepare the Founder for important meetings with relevant background, numbers, people and talking points.
- Keep track of strategic initiatives across Fitness, Medical and ICONIQ.
- Bring issues to the Founder early rather than allowing them to become problems.

2. Represent the Founder You will occasionally attend meetings on behalf of the Founder and act as his representative.

This could include meetings with:

- International manufacturers and potential brand partners
- Existing principals and distributors
- Luxury gym chains and key customers
- Investors and financial partners
- Technology companies
- OEM manufacturers
- Architects, consultants and project partners
- Potential strategic partners

You must be comfortable sitting across the table from senior executives and entrepreneurs and conducting yourself with confidence and maturity. 3. Find the next chance A major part of this role is business development through intelligence and curiosity.

The Founder is constantly looking for:

- New international brands to bring to India
- New technologies in fitness, medical diagnostics and recovery
- Potential OEM relationships for ICONIQ
- Products that can be introduced through iLabkart's existing gym network
- New categories adjacent to wellness and diagnostics
- International companies looking for an India partner
- Large projects where iLabkart / ICONIQ can provide a complete turnkey solution

You will be expected to continuously research the market and bring opportunities to the Founder. 4. Help build ICONIQ Wellness

ICONIQ is one of the most important strategic growth opportunities for the company.

You will work closely with the Founder on areas such as:

- Current product identification
- OEM identification and evaluation




- Competitor research
- International wellness trends
- Product positioning
- Potential partnerships
- New distribution channels
- Luxury gym opportunities
- Recovery centre concepts
- Technology and app initiatives
- Diagnostics and wellness integration
- New business models

You should be someone who gets genuinely excited by building something that does not yet exist. 5. Track the business — don't just track the Founder The Chief of Staff should have a strong understanding of the company's key numbers and operating metrics.

You may be responsible for maintaining and reviewing dashboards covering areas such as:

- Sales
- Gross margins
- Collections
- Inventory
- Sales pipeline
- Brand-wise performance
- New customer acquisition
- Key projects
- Import pipeline
- ICONIQ sales and growth
- Major outstanding actions
- Business development opportunities

6. Drive execution The Founder will generate ideas faster than any individual can execute them. Your job is to make sure good ideas don't disappear.

You will

- Maintain action trackers
- Assign and follow up on responsibilities
- Track deadlines
- Coordinate between departments
- Follow up with vendors and partners
- Escalate delays
- Prepare weekly status updates
- Ensure significant initiatives continue moving

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
