We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Financial Controller / CFO to lead the company’s financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive financial planning and analysis. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in decision-making, business strategy, and financial risk management.

Key Responsibilities1. Financial Strategy & Leadership

- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals
- Advise senior management on financial planning and business decisions
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning

2. Financial Management & Reporting

- Oversee preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and dashboards
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial reporting
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance

3. Compliance & Risk Management

- Ensure compliance with statutory laws, taxation, and regulatory requirements
- Manage audits (internal & external), including coordination with auditors
- Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies

4. Accounting & Controls

- Oversee accounting operations, including AP/AR, general ledger, and payroll
- Establish and maintain internal controls and financial policies




- Ensure adherence to accounting standards (Ind AS / IFRS as applicable)

5. Taxation & Legal

- Manage direct and indirect taxation (Income Tax, GST, TDS, etc.)
- Handle tax planning and ensure timely filings and assessments
- Liaise with legal and regulatory authorities

6. Team Management

- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team
- Drive performance, training, and development of team members

Key Requirements

- Qualification: CA / MBA (Finance) preferred
- Experience: 8–15+ years in finance, with leadership experience
- Robust knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance
- Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and MIS reporting
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills

Location: Rajouri Garden / Connaught Place, Delhi Salary Range: ₹2,00,000 – ₹2,50,000 per month

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
