Gelikaps Lifesciences Ltd. , formerly known as Dinesh Remedies Limited , is a GMP-certified manufacturer of Empty Hard Gelatin Capsules , serving customers across the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, herbal, and healthcare industries.

As the Company continues to strengthen its business platform and pursue its next phase of growth, we are seeking an accomplished Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organization with strategic clarity, commercial discipline, operational excellence, and a strong focus on sustainable value creation.

The Opportunity The CEO will provide overall strategic and executive leadership to the Company, with responsibility for translating the Board's strategic objectives into measurable business performance.

The role will encompass business strategy, revenue and profitability, operations, manufacturing, quality, finance, commercial development, organizational capability, governance, and stakeholder management .

We are seeking a leader who combines strategic perspective with strong execution capability and can build alignment across functions while maintaining a clear focus on business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

- Develop and execute the Company's short-, medium-, and long-term business strategy.
- Translate Board-level objectives into clear priorities, operating plans, KPIs, and measurable outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for sustainable growth, market expansion, capacity enhancement, strategic partnerships, and business development.
- Continuously evaluate market dynamics, competitive positioning, customer requirements, and emerging opportunities.

Business & Commercial Leadership

- Drive revenue growth, profitability, customer development, market expansion, and overall business performance.
- Strengthen the Company's position across pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, healthcare, and related B2B markets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, strategic partners, suppliers, and other critical stakeholders.
- Oversee commercial strategy, pricing discipline, customer acquisition, retention, and business-development initiatives.

Operational Leadership

- Provide executive oversight across manufacturing, quality, supply chain, procurement, sales, finance, human resources, and administration.




- Drive operational excellence through productivity improvement, cost optimization, capacity utilization, quality performance, and process discipline.
- Establish appropriate performance-management systems and ensure consistent execution across functions.
- Promote continuous improvement and effective cross-functional collaboration.

Financial & Organizational Leadership

- Maintain strong focus on P&L; performance, budgeting, working capital, cost management, and capital allocation.
- Build a high-performing leadership team with clear accountability and ownership.
- Strengthen organizational systems, management processes, internal controls, and decision-making frameworks.
- Develop leadership capabilities aligned with the Company's long-term objectives.

Governance & Risk Management

- Work closely with the Board of Directors on strategy, performance, risk, and major business decisions.
- Maintain strong standards of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, risk management, and business controls.
- Ensure that strategic initiatives are executed with appropriate oversight, discipline, and accountability.

Candidate Profile We are looking for an established business leader with a demonstrated record of leading organizations, developing businesses, managing complex operations, and delivering measurable results .

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
- MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification will be an advantage.
- 15+ years of professional experience , including substantial experience in senior leadership, general management, business leadership, or equivalent executive responsibilities.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple business functions and senior leadership teams .
- Proven track record of business growth, commercial development, operational improvement, and organizational leadership.
- Strong experience with P&L; management, financial planning,



budgeting, cost management, and business performance management .
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategy and lead its execution through measurable business outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, and executive decision-making skills.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, healthcare, chemical, manufacturing, or another regulated B2B industry will be highly relevant.
- Strong understanding of governance, compliance, risk management, and organizational controls.
- High standards of professional integrity, confidentiality, accountability, and judgment.
- Willingness to work on-site at Padra, Gujarat .
