Required Qualifications

- CA (Chartered Accountant) – Mandatory.

- 7+ years of experience in Finance &
- Accounts.

- Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, audit, and financial reporting.

- Experience in managing financial operations and compliance.

- Preferred Qualifications

- Prior IPO/Pre-IPO experience is highly preferred.

- Experience working with Merchant Bankers, Statutory Auditors, and Legal Advisors.

- Exposure to SEBI, Companies Act, GST, and Income Tax compliance.

- Experience in a corporate or fast-growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the company’s IPO preparation and execution process.

- Coordinate with Merchant Bankers, Auditors, Legal Advisors, and IPO Consultants.

- Oversee Finance &
- Accounts, taxation, audits, MIS, budgeting, and cash flow.

- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and statutory compliance.

- Manage financial due diligence and IPO-related documentation.

- Strengthen financial controls, accounting processes, and corporate governance.

- Provide strategic financial insights to the management and Board.

Pay: ₹3,400,000.00 - ₹3,800,000.00 per year
