Job Summary The Balance Group is looking for an experienced Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead our overall sales, business development, revenue growth, and commercial strategy.

The CCO will work directly with the Founder/CEO and will be responsible for building a strong commercial function, developing the sales team, creating a predictable sales pipeline, and achieving the company’s revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales and commercial growth strategies. Own monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. Build and manage the sales and business development team. Develop and optimize the complete sales funnel. Generate new business and build strategic partnerships. Manage key client relationships and high-value negotiations. Establish sales processes, SOPs, CRM systems, and reporting. Work closely with the Marketing team to improve lead quality and conversions. Identify new markets, clients, and revenue opportunities. Track sales performance, pipeline, conversions, and revenue.

- Provide regular commercial performance reports to the Founder/CEO.





Requirements 7–12+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Commercial, Revenue, or Growth leadership. Proven track record of achieving revenue and sales targets. Experience building and managing sales/BD teams. Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills. Experience with CRM, sales pipelines, forecasting, and performance management. Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Entrepreneurial and results-driven mindset. Experience in a startup or high-growth organization is preferred.

Preferred Industry Experience Digital Marketing, Advertising, Consulting, Education, Technology, Events, or other service-based businesses. Compensation Market-competitive salary + performance-based incentives, based on experience and proven track record.
