Shubraj Tech Pvt. Ltd. is an engineering and technical services company providing professional manpower, engineering, maintenance, and technical support services across various industries. The company provides skilled technical resources for industrial projects, including the petrochemical, oil & gas, infrastructure, and other process industries.

We are looking for a Diploma in Chemical Engineer with 2+ years of experience in chemical manufacturing, process operations, or production. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring plant operations, maintaining process parameters, ensuring safe chemical handling, and supporting production and process improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor daily chemical plant and production operations.
- Monitor process parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow, level, and pH.
- Operate and monitor process equipment as per SOPs.
- Maintain production records, logbooks, and process reports.
- Identify process deviations and support troubleshooting and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance,



Quality, and EHS teams.
- Ensure safe handling, storage, and transfer of chemicals.
- Follow SOPs, safety procedures, PPE requirements, and EHS standards.
- Support plant start-up, shutdown, and process optimization activities.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S practices.
- Support productivity, quality, safety, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

- Diploma in Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant industrial experience.
- Experience in chemical manufacturing/process plant operations preferred.
- Knowledge of chemical process equipment and plant operations.
- Basic understanding of P&ID;, SOPs, process parameters, and troubleshooting.
- Positive communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in Chemical, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, Refinery, Fertilizer, API, Specialty Chemical, Polymer, or Process Manufacturing industries will be preferred

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
