About the Role

We are looking for confident and customer-oriented graduates to join our International Client Support team. The role involves interacting with international customers through calls and digital channels, understanding their requirements, resolving concerns, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Interact with international customers through voice and chat channels.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate, timely resolutions.
- Handle customer concerns professionally while maintaining a positive experience.
- Follow defined processes, service standards, and quality guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Meet individual and team-based quality, productivity, and performance targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams whenever a customer issue requires further assistance.
- Maintain professional communication and demonstrate solid ownership of customer queries.
