​ROLE:

We are looking for customer-focused Chat Support Executives to handle customer queries through live chat, provide effective solutions, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

​ ELIGIBILITY:

- Age Limit: 19 to 30 years
- Graduate in any discipline
- Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
- Excellent written English communication
- Good typing speed & accuracy
- Basic computer/MS Office knowledge
- Good analytical & problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused attitude
- Comfortable working in rotational day & night shifts

​ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle customer queries through live chat
- Provide accurate information and solutions
- Resolve or escalate customer concerns when required
- Maintain customer interaction records
- Meet quality, productivity & response-time targets
- Follow company SOPs and quality standards





​TRAINING & SALARY:

​ Training: 30 Days

Training Stipend: ₹10,000

​After Training:

Freshers: ₹13,000 ₹1,000 Incentive

Experienced: ₹14,000 ₹1,000 Incentive
