Chartered Accountant (CA)

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to oversee and manage the University's financial accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, audits, budgeting, financial reporting, and overall finance operations. The candidate will ensure financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, effective financial controls, and timely reporting to the management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations of the University.
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, budgets, and financial analysis.
- Ensure accurate accounting, reconciliation, and maintenance of financial records.
- Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable statutory compliances.
- Coordinate and manage internal, statutory, tax, and other regulatory audits.
- Liaise with auditors, consultants, banks, government authorities, and other external stakeholders.
- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Monitor accounts payable, receivable, collections, payments, and cash flows.




- Prepare and monitor annual budgets and provide variance analysis to management.
- Review and verify financial transactions, vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents.
- Ensure proper utilization and monitoring of University funds.
- Manage fixed assets accounting, depreciation, and related records.
- Ensure compliance with applicable University, UGC, tax, accounting, and statutory requirements.
- Perform any other finance-related responsibilities assigned by the management.

Qualification:

- CA qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) is mandatory.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field will be preferred.
- Robust knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, GST, TDS, audit, and financial reporting.

Experience:

- 5–10 years of relevant post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Experience in handling finance and accounts operations of a University, educational institution, corporate organization, or similar large organization will be preferred.

Salary: 15-25 LPA
