Position: Manager / Assistant Manager – Statutory Audit & IPO Advisory

About the Role

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with relevant experience in Statutory Audit of Listed Companies and/or IPO Advisory. The candidate will be responsible for independently managing assignments, leading teams and interacting with senior client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Manage Statutory Audits of Listed Companies and large corporates.

Work on IPO Advisory, due diligence and financial reporting assignments.

Review and resolve complex Ind AS and accounting matters.

Plan, execute, review and complete audit assignments.

Manage and mentor team members and ensure timely delivery.





Coordinate with CFOs, senior management, auditors, legal advisors and other stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with applicable Ind AS, Standards on Auditing and regulatory requirements.

Candidate Profile

Qualified Chartered Accountant with 2–4 years of post-qualification experience.

Prior experience in Listed Company Statutory Audit and/or IPO Advisory is preferred.

Strong knowledge of Ind AS and financial reporting.

Good understanding of audit methodology and documentation.

Solid communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.

Should be proactive, commercially oriented and capable of taking ownership of assignments.
