Role & responsibilities

- Ensure timely compliance with all applicable statutory requirements, including Companies Act, Income Tax, IND AS, FEMA and other regulatory compliances.

- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities by preparing Financials with schedules, reconciliations, and reports.

- Assist in the preparation, review, and filing of direct tax returns, tax computations, advance tax, and tax-related reconciliations.

- Prepare and analyze periodic MIS reports, dashboards, and financial performance reports for management decision-making.

- Coordinate with statutory, internal, cost, and tax auditors by providing required information and resolving audit queries.

- Monitor compliance calendars and ensure timely submission of all statutory returns and regulatory filings.

- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and preparation of financial models to support business planning.

- Review accounting records, identify discrepancies, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial controls.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline finance processes, improve reporting accuracy, and enhance operational efficiency.

- Stay updated with changes in tax laws, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements,



and support implementation of necessary changes.

Preferred candidate profile

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

- Fresher or up to 1 year of post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounts.

- Articleship or industrial training in an automotive ancillary, manufacturing, or engineering industry will be a distinct advantage.

- Positive understanding of statutory compliances, direct taxation, accounting standards, and financial reporting.

- Exposure to statutory audit, tax audit and corporate finance activities during articleship or employment is preferred.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and SAP knowledge will be value added

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data and prepare meaningful MIS reports.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across departments.

- High level of integrity, attention to detail, ownership, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality of financial information.

- Self-driven, eager to learn, adaptable to a fast-paced corporate environment, and capable of managing multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
