Role & responsibilities

Accounting & Bookkeeping

Assist in preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.

Perform bookkeeping, journal entries, and account reconciliations.

Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.

Financial Reporting Support

Help prepare cash flow statements, management reports, and variance analysis.

Assist in preparing budgets and financial projections for clients.

Ensure data accuracy while compiling reports for US-based clients.

Client Communication

Support senior accountants in handling client queries and requests.

Communicate with clients through emails and calls when required.

Assist in collecting financial information and documents from clients.

Compliance & Documentation

Ensure accounting records comply with US accounting standards and internal policies.

Maintain proper documentation for audits and reporting purposes.

Support coordination with auditors and tax consultants when needed.

Learning & Process Development





Learn and follow US accounting processes and internal controls.

Work on process improvement initiatives under senior guidance.

Support onboarding and transition of new clients.

Gain practical exposure to US accounting software and reporting tools.

What You Will Learn
