Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Management

- Lead, motivate, train, and supervise a team of charity fundraisers and volunteers.
- Conduct daily team briefings and allocate locations, responsibilities, and targets.
- Monitor individual and team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
- Support recent team members through onboarding, training, and field guidance.
- Create a positive, professional, and performance-driven team environment.
- Handle team concerns and resolve day-to-day operational challenges.

Fundraising & Campaign Management
- Lead fundraising campaigns and charity awareness activities at approved public locations, malls, events, and community spaces.
- Set and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly fundraising targets.
- Monitor fundraising performance and identify opportunities to improve results.
- Ensure fundraisers communicate the organization's mission, programs, and impact accurately.
- Encourage ethical and transparent donor engagement practices.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism when interacting with donors and the public.

Field Operations
- Plan and coordinate daily field activities and campaign schedules.




- Ensure team members are present at assigned locations and follow approved campaign procedures.
- Monitor attendance, productivity, donor interactions, and campaign performance.
- Coordinate with management regarding locations, permissions, campaign requirements, and operational issues.
- Ensure all campaign materials and resources are available and properly used.
