? What You'll Do

Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners, resellers, and system integrators.

Drive sales through existing and new partners to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Promote IT SaaS products, software licenses, and hardware solutions.

Build strong relationships through regular partner meetings, training, and support.

Generate leads through channel partners and support deal closures.

Conduct product demos, presentations, and partner enablement sessions.

Monitor partner performance and ensure target achievement.

Coordinate with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Support teams for smooth execution.

Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and partner data in CRM.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

? What We're Looking For





1–3 years of experience in Channel Sales, IT Sales, or B2B Sales.

Exposure to SaaS, software, IT hardware, networking, cloud, or enterprise solutions is preferred.

Robust communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple partners.

Basic understanding of IT products and solutions.

Comfortable with field sales and partner meetings.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.

Graduate in any discipline. MBA/Sales & Marketing certification is an added advantage.
