About The Client

Client is a life insurance company in India. The firm offers life insurance products targeted at individuals and groups, catering to four distinct segments: protection, children, retirement and investment plans. Essential Job Functions:

- Execute and drive adoption of contests and RnR initiatives across field teams
- Partner with L1/L2 teams to improve repeat activation and manage underperforming cohorts
- Support digitization of engagement processes and ensure on-ground adoption
- Track and improve conversion of leads generated from association events
- Act as a bridge between central teams and field for effective communication and execution

Interfaces – Internal
- L1 / L2 Field Sales Teams
- Central S&D; / Sales Planning & Programs Team
- Marketing / Partnerships / Alliances Team

Interfaces – External
- Distribution Partners / Channel Partners (as applicable)

Skills & Competencies
- Contest participation and impact on productivity
- Distributor activation and repeat activity rates
- Lead-to-conversion ratios from events
- Adoption of digital engagement tools

Qualifications:

- Graduation

Relevant Work-experience
- 5+ years in sales, strategy, field operations, or engagement roles
- Solid execution and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in automation and digitization initiatives desirable
- Willingness to travel periodically and work closely with field teams

Language Proficiency
- English
