We are looking for a skilled and passionate Potter / Ceramic Artist with practical experience in pottery and ceramic production to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality handmade pottery and ceramic products.
- Work with pottery wheel throwing and hand-building techniques.
- Produce products such as mugs, cups, bowls, plates, vases and decorative ceramic items.
- Prepare, shape, trim and finish clay products.
- Maintain consistency in product size, shape and quality.
- Assist in the development of new and creative ceramic product designs.
- Work with glazing, colouring and surface-finishing techniques.
- Assist with kiln firing and other ceramic production processes.
- Maintain pottery tools, equipment and a clean, organised workspace.
- Work closely with the team to meet production and quality requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of practical experience in pottery or ceramic art.
- Knowledge of pottery wheel throwing.
- Knowledge of hand-building techniques.
- Understanding of clay preparation, shaping, trimming and finishing.




- Basic knowledge of glazing and ceramic surface finishing.
- Basic understanding of kiln firing and ceramic production processes.
- Must be able to understand, speak and communicate in English.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
- Creative mindset and interest in developing new ceramic products.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.

Preferred Skills Candidates with experience in the following areas will be preferred:
- Pottery wheel throwing
- Hand-building
- Ceramic sculpting
- Glazing and surface decoration
- Kiln firing
- Ceramic product development

Salary & Benefits Salary: ₹10,000–₹15,000 per month, depending on skills and practical experience.
