About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Centre Manager to take complete ownership of centre operations, business performance, training programmes, team management and revenue generation.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can independently manage operations, build institutional and industry relationships, drive enrolments and revenue, and ensure high-quality delivery of skilling and employability programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
Centre Operations & Management:
- Take end-to-end ownership of day-to-day centre operations and resource utilisation.
- Ensure smooth execution of training, counselling, assessments, placements and other centre activities.
- Maintain operational standards, documentation, MIS and compliance.
- Identify operational gaps and implement measures to improve centre efficiency and performance.
Business Development & Revenue:
- Own and achieve centre-level enrolment and revenue targets for paid training programmes and industrial courses.
- Drive enrolments through institutional outreach, industry/corporate partnerships, direct mobilisation and other channels.
- Develop strategies to achieve monthly and annual business targets.
- Track enrolments, conversions, collections and overall business performance.
- Identify new opportunities for training programmes, paid courses and revenue-generating initiatives.
Training & Programme Management:
- Manage end-to-end execution of training programmes, including batches, trainers, infrastructure, attendance and assessments.
- Ensure timely programme delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Monitor participant feedback and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate effectively with colleges, corporates, training partners and other stakeholders.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage centre staff, trainers, counsellors and support teams.
- Set responsibilities, monitor performance and drive accountability.
- Build a target-oriented, productive and high-performance team culture.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and performance management of centre personnel.
Financial & MIS Management:
- Manage centre-level expenses, documentation and approvals.
- Monitor expenditure against approved budgets.
- Ensure proper maintenance of bills, vouchers and financial records.
- Prepare and submit periodic MIS and performance reports covering operations, training, enrolments, revenue and expenses.
- Analyse performance against targets and drive corrective action.
What Were Looking For:
- Any Graduate with 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Centre Management, Branch Management, Operations Management or People Management.
- Candidates from high-volume, target-driven environments will be preferred.
- Experience in skilling, training, education, employability or workforce development will be an advantage.
- Solid track record in team handling, operations and revenue/business target achievement.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and MIS reporting.
