Job Title: Center Manager – IVF / Healthcare OperationsLocation:

Reporting To: Senior Operations Manager / CEO

Job Summary:We are seeking a highly competent and result-driven Center Manager to oversee the complete operations of the IVF center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities, ensuring compliance with NABH standards, driving operational efficiency, and delivering an excellent patient experience while leading a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:1. Center Operations Management· Oversee end-to-end functioning of the center including clinical and non-clinical operations

· Ensure smooth coordination between departments (Doctors, Nursing, Front Desk, Lab, Counsellors)

· Monitor daily performance, patient flow, and service delivery standards

2. NABH Compliance & Quality Assurance· Ensure strict adherence to NABH guidelines and protocols

· Maintain documentation, audits, and accreditation standards

· Conduct internal audits and ensure corrective/preventive actions

· Drive quality improvement initiatives across the center

3. Team Leadership & People Management· Lead, supervise, and motivate the center team

· Handle staff scheduling, performance management, and training

· Ensure discipline, attendance adherence, and HR policy implementation

· Act as a bridge between management and center staff

4. Patient Experience & Relationship Management· Ensure high standards of patient care and satisfaction

· Address patient concerns, escalations,



and feedback effectively

· Maintain confidentiality and ethical practices

5. Financial & Administrative Control· Monitor center revenue, expenses, and profitability

· Ensure optimal utilization of resources and cost control

· Oversee billing, collections, and financial coordination

6. Business Growth & Coordination· Support business development and local marketing initiatives

· Coordinate with BD/Marketing team for patient inflow strategies

· Track center performance metrics and suggest improvements

7. Compliance & Reporting· Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational policies

· Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for management

· Maintain accurate records and documentation

Key Requirements:· Education: Graduate / Postgraduate in Healthcare Management / Hospital Administration (MBA / MHA preferred)

· Experience: 5–10 years in healthcare operations (IVF / Hospital preferred)

· NABH Certification / Solid Knowledge is Mandatory

· Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

· Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple functions
