Job Purpose For Females only.

To manage the day-to-day operations of the skin, hair, laser & aesthetic clinic, ensuring smooth functioning, excellent patient experience, effective staff performance, achievement of business targets, and adherence to clinic protocols.

- Ensure appointments, consultations and procedures run smoothly and on schedule.
- Coordinate between doctors, therapists, and support staff.
- Maintain adequate inventory of consumables, products and clinic supplies.
- Ensure equipment, treatment rooms and clinic premises are maintained to high standards.
- Coordinate AMC/service requirements for aesthetic and medical equipment.
- Ensure a premium, welcoming and professional patient experience.
- Handle patient feedback, complaints and service recovery.
- Monitor patient journey from enquiry → consultation → treatment → follow-up.
- Ensure appropriate follow-up calls and appointment reminders.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Drive achievement of monthly centre revenue and treatment targets.
- Monitor enquiries, consultations, conversions, repeat visits and package sales.
- Develop strategies to improve consultation-to-treatment conversion and patient retention.
- Coordinate with the marketing team on campaigns, offers and events.




- Build relationships with existing and potential patients without compromising ethical medical practice.
- Monitor daily collections, billing and payment reconciliation.
- Track revenue, expenses, discounts and outstanding payments.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational reports.
- Control wastage and unnecessary expenses.
- Ensure infection-control, hygiene and safety protocols are followed.
- Escalate clinical or patient-safety concerns to the Management/doctor immediately.
- No independent clinical decision-making or alteration of treatment plans
- Supervise receptionists, therapists, nurses/technicians and support staff.
- Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance/leave.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and clinic management software.
- Experience in dermatology, aesthetic medicine, cosmetology, plastic surgery, premium wellness or luxury healthcare is an advantage.

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
